I've been brewing my own beer for several years now, with a preference being a dark lager. Of the combinations that I have made, ingredients have included cloves, oranges, coffee, and honey, but most of the time I stick to just the water, hops, malt and yeast. Yes, it's legal:

My favorite store brew remains good ol' Samuel Adams. This year, however, I will be making a good, strong honey wine, AKA mead. Can't wait to put my face-hole to it.
